09:49 AM EDT, 05/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CenterPoint Energy ( CNP ) reported Friday the early results of its tender offers for several senior notes.

The early tender date was 5 pm New York City time on Thursday, the company said.

The company said the estimated percentage of notes tendered at the early tender date were: 95.74% of CenterPoint Energy ( CNP ) 5.25% senior notes due 2026; 44.89% of the 3.70% senior notes due 2049; 51% of the 4.25% senior notes due 2028; 82.85% of the 5.40% senior notes due 2029; 62.89% of the 2.95% senior notes due 2030; and 34.33% of the 2.65% senior notes due 2031.

For the CERC notes, those tendered as of Thursday were: 36.53% of the 4.10% senior notes due 2047; 55.62% of the 5.40% senior notes due 2033; 68.4% of the 5.25% senior notes due 2028; 54.75% of the 5.40% senior notes due 2034; and 37.52% of the 4.40% senior notes due 2032, CenterPoint Energy ( CNP ) said.

The tender offers will expire at 5 pm New York City time on May 23, the company said.
