07:55 AM EDT, 06/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Contessa Pharmaceuticals (CNTA) said on Monday it had appointed John Crowley to succeed Gregory Weinhoff as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 10.

The company said Weinhoff will continue serving the company in the newly created role of Chief Business Officer.

Crowley served as Chief Financial Officer of Fusion Pharmaceuticals before AstraZeneca acquired it in June 2024.
