04:41 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Centessa Pharmaceuticals ( CNTA ) said late Tuesday it priced a public offering of 11.6 million American depositary shares, each representing one ordinary share, at $21.50 apiece, for expected gross proceeds of about $250 million.

Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to purchase up to 1.7 million additional ADSs.

The company expects the offering to close by Friday.
