Central Bancompany Launches IPO of 17.8 Million Shares

08:16 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Central Bancompany said Wednesday it has launched an initial public offering of about 17.8 million class A common shares.

The offering is expected to be priced between $21 nd $24 per share, the company said.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 2.7 million additional shares.

The company has applied to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "CBC."
