Aug 13 (Reuters) - Centrica ( CPYYF ) and Energy Capital

Partners are in exclusive talks to buy the Isle of Grain

terminal, in a deal worth around 1.5 billion pounds ($2.04

billion) from its owner, National Grid, the Financial

Times reported on Wednesday.

Reuters could not immediately confirm the report.
