Centrus Energy Plans $650 Million Convertible Notes Offering

05:30 PM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Centrus Energy ( LEU ) said Tuesday it intends to offer $650 million of convertible senior notes due 2032 to institutional investors.

The company said it plans to grant initial purchasers an option to buy up to an additional $100 million of the notes. The funds raised will be used for general corporate purposes.

The shares were down over 6% in extended trading.
