05:52 PM EDT, 04/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Centuri Holdings ( CTRI ) said late Monday it closed its initial public offering of 14.26 million shares at $21 apiece, including the exercise in full of over-allotment option.

Centuri ( CTRI ) shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 18.

Southwest Gas Holdings ( SWX ) is the majority owner of Centuri ( CTRI ).
