08:18 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Centuri ( CTRI ) said Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of Connect Atlantic Utility Services, positioning the company as a dual electric and gas services provider in Canada.

Connect Atlantic Utility Services provides maintenance, construction, and storm restoration services to electric utility and developer clients in Canada's Atlantic provinces, Centuri ( CTRI ) said.

Centuri ( CTRI ) in a prospectus supplement filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission earlier this month said that it agreed on Oct. 14 to acquire all of the issued and outstanding equity interests of Connect Atlantic Utility Services for 80 million Canadian dollars ($57.1 million).
