05:43 PM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Centuri Holdings ( CTRI ) reported late Monday the final separation from Southwest Gas Holdings ( SWX ) after the firm sold about 27.4 million of its remaining Centuri ( CTRI ) shares on Sept. 5.

Centuri ( CTRI ) said it has named Christopher Krummel as its board chair, replacing Karen Haller, who will remain on the board.
