05:03 PM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Centuri Holdings ( CTRI ) said late Wednesday it launched a secondary public offering of nearly 27.4 million of its common shares by Southwest Gas Holdings ( SWX ) .

Centuri ( CTRI ) will not receive any proceeds from the sale, according to a statement.

Upon the close of the offering, Southwest Gas ( SWX ) will not hold any Centuri ( CTRI ) common shares, the natural gas distributor said separately.
