Centuri's Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Fiscal 2025 Revenue Guidance Raised

08:40 AM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Centuri ( CTRI ) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.19 per diluted share, compared with $0.06 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.29.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 28 was $850 million, compared with $720.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $756.8 million.

The company raised its fiscal 2025 revenue guidance to a range of $2.8 billion to $2.9 billion from previous guidance of $2.70 billion to $2.85 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.76 billion.

Shares of Centuri ( CTRI ) were down 1.5% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
