Century Aluminum Prices $400 Million Private Debt Offering

04:08 AM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Century Aluminum ( CENX ) said late Wednesday it priced a $400 million private offering of 6.875% senior secured notes due Aug. 1, 2032.

The notes will be issued at a price equal to 100% of principal amount. Net proceeds will be used to refinance existing 2028 notes and repay credit facility borrowings.

The offering is expected to close Tuesday.
