Century Casinos Partners With BetMGM to Launch Sports Betting in Missouri

08:43 AM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Century Casinos ( CNTY ) said Tuesday that its unit, Century Casino & Hotel Cape Girardeau, has signed a long-term agreement with BetMGM, a sports betting firm formed through a partnership between MGM Resorts International ( MGM ) and Entain, to bring online and mobile sports betting to Missouri.

Century Casinos ( CNTY ) said BetMGM will operate under its license, with Century receiving a portion of net gaming revenue, with a guaranteed minimum, as well as retail sportsbook options.

Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
