Century Communities Launches $500 Million Private Offering of Senior Notes

08:08 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Century Communities ( CCS ) said Wednesday it launched a private offering of $500 million of senior notes due 2033.

The company said it plans to use net proceeds together with cash on hand to redeem $500 million of 6.75% senior notes due 2027.
