Century Lithium Launches C$5 Million Private Placement

08:04 AM EDT, 03/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Century Lithium ( CYDVF ) said Wednesday that it is raising C$5 million in a private placement of units.

The offering comprises 10,638,297 units priced at C$0.47 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant can be exercised for $0.65 per share for five years.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds to advance technical and permitting work on the Angel Island lithium project in Nevada, to support ongoing operations, and to fund general working capital needs.

The offering is expected to close on or about March 16.
