11:05 AM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Century Lithium ( CYDVF ) on Monday said its lithium carbonate was successfully converted into battery-grade lithium-metal anodes (Li-MA) by Alpha-En Corp.
The company said Li-MA was produced using lithium carbonate derived from its wholly owned lithium project, Angel Island in Nevada and the associated Demonstration Plant in Nye County, Nevada.
Century Lithium ( CYDVF ) said it maintains a positive long-term outlook on lithium-based batteries, which it believes will play a critical role in the growth of the electric vehicle and stationary energy storage markets. It said it looks forward to further supporting Alpha-En's efforts to develop a domestic lithium supply chain.
