05:40 PM EDT, 06/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Century Therapeutics ( IPSC ) proposed a secondary stock offering of 7.87 million shares.

The company said Tuesday in a regulatory filing it won't sell stock in the proposed sale for selling shareholders or get any of the proceeds

Shares of the company rose 4.7% in recent after-hours activity.
