Cepton Completes Go-Private Deal With Koito Manufacturing

01:26 PM EST, 01/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cepton ( CPTN ) announced in a Tuesday filing the completion of its acquisition by Koito Manufacturing for $3.17 per share in cash.

The company said its shares are no longer listed on Nasdaq and is now an indirect subsidiary of Koito.
