Ceragon Networks Completes Acquisition of End 2 End Technologies

10:30 AM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ceragon Networks ( CRNT ) said Monday it has completed the acquisition of End 2 End Technologies, a systems integration and software development company in the US.

The company said the transaction terms were in line with "previously disclosed expectations." In January, Ceragon said it would acquire End 2 End Technologies, for about $8.5 million in cash and shares plus up to $4.3 million in potential milestone payments.

Ceragon Networks ( CRNT ) said it expects the acquisition to be accretive to non-GAAP earnings by the second half of the year.
