HOUSTON, March 11 (Reuters) - Colonial Pipeline CEO

Melanie Little said on Tuesday at the CERAWeek energy conference

the company is having "major issues" securing permits to make

repairs to its existing infrastructure.

Colonial operates the largest fuel pipeline system in the

United States, moving gasoline, diesel and other products from

the Gulf Coast's refinery row to consumers along the U.S. East

Coast.
