05:21 PM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cerence ( CRNC ) reported fiscal Q4 net loss late Wednesday of $0.31 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $0.49 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.27.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $60.6 million, up from $54.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $55.2 million.

For fiscal Q1, the company expects EPS to range from a loss of $0.05 to income of $0.16 and revenue of $110 million to $120 million.

Four analysts are looking for income of $0.11 and $61.5 million, respectively.

For fiscal 2026, it projects EPS to range from a loss of $0.18 to earnings of $0.24. Revenue projection for the year stands at $300 million to $320 million.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect earnings of $0.65 and revenue of $258 million.

Shares of Cerence ( CRNC ) were up over 32% in after-hours trading.
