12:34 PM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cerrado Gold ( CRDOF ) on Friday said director Robert Campbell resigned from its board of directors, effective immediately, as he plans to retire.

"We have had a long and successful journey as a team over the past 20 years, we are sorry to see him go but wish him a very happy retirement," said Mark Brennan, the company's board chair and chief executive.
