10:09 AM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CervoMed ( CRVO ) said Monday that William Elder will succeed William Tanner as its chief financial officer.

Elder, whose appointment as CFO will take effect June 1, will continue to serve as general counsel and corporate secretary, according to the company.

Tanner will continue as a consultant to the company after the transition, CervoMed ( CRVO ) said.
