CF Industries' CEO to retire, names insider Christopher Bohn as successor

Sept 8 (Reuters) - CF Industries ( CF ) said on Monday

its chief executive officer Anthony Will is set to retire on

January 4, 2026, and named chief operating officer Christopher

Bohn as his successor.

Will has served as CEO of the nitrogen fertilizer maker for

12 years, while Bohn, a 16-year CF Industries ( CF ) veteran, has held

senior roles across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and

clean energy.

Bohn was also involved in the Blue Point joint venture, the

Waggaman ammonia plant acquisition and the company's low-carbon

ammonia strategy.

Will plans to serve as an advisor to the company through

March 15, 2026, and complete the remaining term on the board.
