CF Industries Q2 Net Earnings, Sales Rise

05:14 PM EDT, 08/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CF Industries ( CF ) reported Q2 net earnings on Wednesday of $2.37 per diluted share, up from $2.30 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.50.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $1.89 billion, up from $1.57 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.80 billion.

The company's shares were falling past 4% in recent after-hours activity.
