CF Industries reports rise in fourth-quarter profit

Feb 19 (Reuters) - Fertilizer firm CF Industries ( CF )

posted a higher fourth-quarter profit on Wednesday, helped by

steady prices.

The Northbrook, Illinois-based company reported a net

income of $328 million, or $1.89 per share, for the three months

ended December 31, compared with $274 million, or $1.44 per

share, last year.
