Dec 20 (Reuters) - The U.S. Consumer Financial
Protection Bureau said on Friday it had filed a lawsuit against
JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) , Bank of America ( BAC ), and Wells
Fargo ( WFC ), accusing the banks of allowing "fraud to fester"
