07:06 AM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CG Oncology ( CGON ) said Wednesday that it has filed a registration statement for a proposed underwritten public offering of 7.3 million shares of its common stock.

The company said it plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1.2 million shares of its common stock.

The company added that an existing stockholder also plans to sell 700,000 shares of common stock in the proposed offering.
