03:47 AM EDT, 07/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CGI (GIB) said Thursday it has acquired Celero's business serving credit unions in Canada.

The transaction includes relationships with more than 90 credit unions that span managed services, core banking, digital banking and related information technology services, the company said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
