04:47 PM EDT, 03/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CGI (GIB) late Tuesday said it was acquiring Momentum Technologies, a privately-held consultancy firm specializing in data analytics and business intelligence based in Quebec City, Canada.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Momentum's 250 employees are expected to stay with CGI once the deal closes.
