CGI Federal to Acquire Aeyon to Expand Offerings Across US Government Agencies

06:16 AM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CGI Federal (GIB) said late Tuesday that it intends to acquire Aeyon, an Artificial Intelligence technologies firm, for an undisclosed amount.

The company said the acquisition would expand its federal offerings portfolio and relationships with critical national security clients.

It added that it entered into a definitive purchase agreement on June 22, expected to close in Q4, subject to regulatory approvals.
