08:31 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CGI (GIB) said Thursday it closed its acquisition of France-based digital and engineering services provider Apside.

CGI said it added over 2,500 professionals via the acquisition, including almost 2,200 in France.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

CGI shares were down 1.5% in recent premarket activity.
