CGI Names Julie Godin Executive Chair of Board; Founder Serge Godin Becomes Co-Chair of Board

07:02 AM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CGI (GIB) said Wednesday that Julie Godin will take over as executive chair of the board following the annual general meeting of shareholders.

Godin most recently served as the board's co-chair, the company said.

Additionally, CGI said founder Serge Godin will become co-chair of the board.
