07:08 AM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CGI (GIB-A.TO) on Wednesday said third-quarter adjusted earnings and revenue both rose, beating forecasts.
Third-quarter earnings, adjusted to exclude most one-time items, increased 11.5% to $470.1 million or $2.10 per adjusted diluted share, from $440 million, or $1.91 per share in the prior year period. The result beat the consensus analyst estimate of $2.08 per share, according to FactSet.
Revenue rose 11.4% to $4.1 billion. Analysts had expected $4 billion.
According to Chief Executive Francois Boulanger, "CGI continued to see strong momentum in AI-related wins in Q3, demonstrating the depth of our expertise globally."
The company will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share on Sept. 19.
