CGI to Acquire Comarch Polska to Expand Public Sector IT Services in Poland

11:34 AM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CGI (GIB) agreed to acquire Comarch Polska, a subsidiary of Comarch that specializes in IT services for public administration in Poland, for an undisclosed price.

The transaction is subject to regulatory clearance and other standard closing conditions, CGI said Wednesday in a statement.

The acquisition, made through CGI's Polish subsidiary, CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants, will add 460 IT and business consulting staff, expanding the CGI workforce in Poland and the Baltics to 1,500 employees.
