CGI to Buy Novatec

08:38 AM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CGI (GIB) said Thursday its CGI Deutschland limited partnership has agreed to buy IT services company Novatec.

The deal will likely be completed in March, the company said.

CGI shares were up 3% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
