09:25 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chaince Digital ( CD ) said Monday that it has entered into a non-binding strategic cooperation framework agreement with ZJK Industrial ( ZJK ) to build a precision components gigafactory in the US serving the AI, semiconductor, and other advanced technology industries.

The two companies, which will form a Delaware joint venture, plan to deploy up to $200 million through multiple projects using self-owned capital and external fundraising, Chaince said.

Chaince said its unit Chaince Securities will serve as ZJK's capital markets advisor for five years.
