09:27 AM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The US Chamber of Commerce said Thursday it sent a letter asking Trump administration officials to grant automatic tariff exclusions for any small-business importer, establishing a process for companies to apply for an exclusion if they can "demonstrate that tariffs pose a risk to employment for American workers, and providing exclusions for all products that cannot be produced int he United States or are not readily available."
