Champion Iron Selling US$450 Million in Senior Notes Due 2032

08:36 AM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Champion Iron ( CIAFF ) on Wednesday said its Canadian subsidiary is selling US$450 million in senior notes due 2023.

The notes will be senior unsecured obligations guaranteed by the company and certain of its subsidiaries.

Proceeds will be used to pay down debt.
