Chappal Energies to buy TotalEnergies stake in Nigerian oil assets

LAGOS, July 17 (Reuters) - Chappal Energies plans to

acquire TotalEnergies' 10% interest in Nigerian onshore and

shallow water oil assets, valued at $860 million, the company

said on Wednesday.
