CHAR Tech To Extend Out of the Money Warrants Held by ArcelorMittal

12:19 PM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CHAR Technologies ( CTRNF ) on Friday it is extending 2.75-million out of the money share purchase warrants set to expire next month.

The company said the warrants to buy a share for $0.70 were issued in 2023 as part of a share-unit sale to ArcelorMittal and were set to expire on July 5. The extension, which requires exchange approval, with extend the expiry for a year, to July 5, 2026.

CHAR shares wee last seen down $0.01 to $0.27 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
