ChargePoint Gets Notice of Non-Compliance With NYSE Share Price Listing Rule

04:47 PM EST, 02/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ChargePoint ( CHPT ) said late Friday it has been notified by the New York Stock Exchange that it's not in compliance with a listing rule because the average closing price of its shares was below $1 over a consecutive 30 trading-day period.

The company said it plans to cure the deficiency and return to compliance with the stock exchange's rules.

ChargePoint ( CHPT ) said it will consider options like a reverse stock split to address the share price non-compliance issue.

The company added the notice has no immediate impact on the listing or trading of its shares.
