08:46 AM EDT, 07/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ChargePoint Holdings ( CHPT ) said Thursday it has appointed Mansi Khetani as chief financial officer and Ash Chowdappa as chief development officer for software, effective earlier this week.

Khetani had been the company's interim CFO since November, while Chowdappa was previously the senior vice president of software at HPE Aruba Networks.

Additionally, Mitesh Dhruv joined ChargePoint's ( CHPT ) board and will be part of its audit committee, the company said. Dhruv was previously CFO at RingCentral (RNG) and had served on the board of ZoomInfo Technologies (ZI).
