Charles River Laboratories Says CFO to Step Down

07:32 AM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Charles River Laboratories International ( CRL ) said Tuesday that Flavia Pease is stepping down as chief financial officer to pursue another opportunity, effective Sept. 29.

The company named Chief Accounting Officer Michael Knell as interim CFO and said it has launched an executive search for Pease's successor.
