05:19 PM EDT, 06/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Charlotte's Web Holdings (CWEB.TO) Tuesday said Erika Lind will take over as its chief financial officer on June 29, replacing Jessica Saxton who is resigning from the company to pursue other interests.

Lind joined the wellness-products company in 2023 as vice president of financial planning and analysis and treasury, where she led strategic financial planning, performance management, and treasury operations. Lind came with more than two decades of executive financial leadership experience at several growth companies.

The company's shares closed down $0.005 to $0.20 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
