11:08 AM EDT, 10/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Charlton Aria Acquisition (CHARU) said Thursday it priced its initial public offering of 7.5 million units at $10 per unit.
Each unit has one class A ordinary share and one right to get one-eighth of one class A ordinary stock, the company said. The units are set to be listed on the Nasdaq, and trade under the ticker symbol "CHARU" from Oct. 24.
Charlton said it has granted a 45-day option to its underwriter to buy up to about 1.1 million additional units. Clear Street is the sole book-running manager for the offering that is expected to close Friday.
