Chartwell Retirement Maintains Monthly Distribution at $0.051 per Unit for October

10:01 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chartwell Retirement Residences (CSH-UN.TO) announced Wednesday a cash distribution of $0.051 per trust unit for October, unchanged from September.

The cash distribution will be payable Nov. 17, 2025, to unitholders of record Oct. 31, 2025.

A statement noted that unitholders can participate in Chartwell's distribution reinvestment plan and eligible investors registered in the plan will have their monthly cash distributions used to purchase trust units and will also receive bonus units equal to 3% of their monthly cash distributions.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.02 to $19.62 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
