08:22 AM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service ( CTNT ) said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Robert Cook will resign, effective Friday, for personal reasons.

Chairman and Chief Executive Tony Liu will serve as interim finance chief.

The company said its board is planning to conduct a search for Cook's successor.
