04:40 PM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Chemistree Technology ( CHMJF ) on Monday said it plans to consolidate its shares on a one-for-ten basis and change its name.

The investment company said the consolidation will take effect on June 24, the same day it changes its name to Waverunner Capital and its stock symbol on the Canadian Securities Exchange to WRUN.CN.

Chemistree ( CHMJF ) shares last traded June 11, closing at $0.005.
