05:02 PM EDT, 03/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Chemours ( CC ) said late Friday it has appointed Denise Dignam, current interim CEO, to the positions of presidentand chief executive officer and a board member, effective immediately.

The firm also said Matthew Abbott will remain as interim chief financial officer while a search has begun for a permanent CFO.
